Half-Day New Year Meditation Retreat
Sunday, January 11th | 9:00-12:30pm EST

As we close our Introduction to Buddhist Meditation course, this half-day retreat offers a chance to deepen and integrate what we’ve explored together—shamatha (calm abiding), vipashyana (insight), metta (loving-kindness), and tonglen (sending and receiving). We’ll spend the morning in guided and silent practice, weaving these methods together, and reflect on intentions for the upcoming year grounded in confidence in one’s Buddha nature.

This retreat is offered by donation and open to all.
