It’s an ongoing relationship where we explore your meditation, study, and ethical practice over time, helping you integrate the dharma into your daily life. Mentoring often involves guidance on practice structure, accountability, and personal development rooted in Buddhist teachings.

Sessions are 50 minutes. Frequency depends on your needs with most individuals booking every two weeks or once a month.

One-off mentoring sessions are offered on a sliding scale of $100-200/session. You can process payment via Venmo or PayPal after our session.
